YTL QuickMix QuickSkim 388 is a **high-performance polymer-modified, water-resistant cementitious skim coat finish formulated to provide a smooth, paint-ready surface. It’s designed as a top coat (finish layer) applied after base skim coats to achieve a refined, durable surface before painting.
Coverage is roughly 18.75–20 m² per 25 kg bag at 1 mm thickness.
